VelatiTHOR grinder, completely made of stainless steel, repre- sents the latest generation of machine fitted for the medium and large food industry. It is suitable for high-productivity of fresh, chilled and frozen meat, maintaining the highest standards in terms of safety, sanitation and quality of cut. THOR presents a first upper breaking screw and a second lower refining screw, which allow to grind, for example, from a frozen block at -20 ° to a final grain size of 4 mm in a single passage.The final cutting system is the classic one with plates / knives where you can mount up two pair of plates / knives with a diameter of outlet mouth equal to 300mm.The meat grinderTHOR is equip- ped with high-efficiency class motors which can be remotely controlled by an inverter and it can be used individually or placed in an automatic production. The productivity of this model is 15 ton / h, depending on the final grain size.The meat grinder THOR is ideal for any product where it is important to cut precisely the raw material, ensuring high productivity, process continuity and uniformity of the final product.

Velati continuous meat cutter, completely made of stainless steel, has been designed to transform a whole block of meat in meat pieces with a blades system expressly designed to avoid meat damages and smashing.
A structure of combined blades composed by a swinging guillotine knife and a set of circular knives, allows working the product at different temperatures, cutting both fat and meat, and reaching a hourly production till 8-10 tons per hour. There are three kinds of meat cutters depending on the working temperature and production needs.
Each Velati’s meat cutter feeding is provided by conveyor belts, its speed being regulated by a speed variator allows to control the hourly production and the cut pieces thickness.
Each Velati’s meat cutter is provided with an inverter for the conveyor belts regulation.
F3 and F4 models are also equipped with touch screen controls and PLC with the possibility of shaping and memorizing different work programs.
Each machine also has an alarm system controlled by a specialelectrical equipment.

The mixer with unloading by hatches is completely made of stainless steel and it is formed by a double cradle mixing tank with two mixing shafts with intersecting paddles of the same shapes and dimensions. The tank capacity varies between 1.100, 1.500, 2.000, 3.000, and 4.000 lt., bigger capacity tanks are available upon request.
Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. Generally used to obtain quality productions, they are equipped with an unloading system by sliding hatches located on the tank’s bottom. The system allows a perfect mixing of different components and a rapid unloading. This kind of mixers are mainly used to produce sausages, salami
and Italian typical mortadella.
