CRYOGENIC TUNNEL

The DOHMEYER TLT, Top Lifting Tunnel, provides flexibility and efficiency for all of your cooling and freezing processes. It has been designed with class leading EHEDG hygiene features, there are no seals between top and bottom sections, the top lifts along the complete length giving easy access for cleaning and all internal surfaces slope towards drainage points. Cryogenic tunnels are used for a wide range of products and applications, by a continuous flow of products for cooling, freezing, or crust-freezing.

The DOHMEYER Bottom Injection Nozzle is a high capacity, close control device, that can be used either with Liquid Nitrogen or Liquid Carbon Dioxide and is able to be fitted to any paddle or ribbon mixer. The Injector is IP69K rated, featuring a non-return plunger that prevents contaminations. The Injector can be opened without working tools for easy cleaning and maintenance.

DOHMEYER Screw Conveyors are not only made for horizontal conveying processes but also slightly upwards, while the products in the cryogenic screw conveyor are gently sprayed and mixed with liquid nitrogen or liquid carbon dioxide. DOHMEYER Cryo Screw Conveyors are tailor made with vacuum tube screws insulation or PIR insulated trough with doors for easy access and cleaning of the screw.
