Years of industry experience assisted Siebeck in the design of the FRT-S. A model derived from the well proven FRT-M series but engineered to overcome the specific problems of harsh environments, e.g. cured, marinated or coated meat cuts, soil or sand covered vegetables. The knotting unit is mounted to the side and above the product tunnel to ensure that any debris, liquids or residues drop directly in to the collection tray thus eliminating contaminating or corrosion of the knotting mechanism.
