With the conveyor technology system 2.0, REICH meets all the hygienic and technological requirements of the food industry.
The sliding elements have a honeycomb-like structure. This porous constructive form allows optimal cleaning and therefore meets highest hygiene requirements.
Structure and material are chosen in order to minimize the sliding friction between the plastic link belt and the sliding element. This saves energy and costs.
The conveyor system meets all requirements. We always use the ideal plastic materials for the sliding elements (patent pending). Due to its good cleanability, the system is also ideal for open meat transport.
Every sliding element can be hooked in between the cross connections of the side cheeks optionally next or behind one another without any tools.
