SR 25 are integrated parts of the Central Cleaning System, they are called satellite stations.
They are located in particular production rooms. The satellites are used to produce foam by mixing water, washing agents and air in a built-in injector system. The satellite stations are fed with water under pressure produced by the central pump, air from the central compressed air system and chemical agents used for washing and disinfecting. They allow users to carry out a complete cleaning process, including rinsing, foam washing with foam in which the concentration rate of detergents is precisely adjusted to the specific nature of the plant and disinfection.

ZPR series are booster sets designated for the food industry. They are designated for providing any number of satellite stations with water with increased pressure. The size of the booster is determined by the number of simultaneous users of the cleaning system. The cleaning staff can rinse, foam and disinfect independently of each other at the individual satellite stations. The satellites work without electricity and do not require an electrical connection. The ZPR's are a more efficient solution and enable the working of more satellite stations to work simultaneously in the cleaning cycle. A module construction lets our clients completely adjust it to their needs. Apart from pumps fixed to a frame, the ZPR pump set also consists of an electric control box with the PLC steering and LCD screen.


Each pump is equipped with:

• SoftStart system provides a gradual start-up of the pump as well as a mild stop that increases the lifetime of the pump and its engine
• Digital panel for the electric control system
• optionally, the set can be equipped with inverters and control electronics together with an LCD screen allowing to record the working time and parameters of the unit (pressure, temperature, current, operating time, amount of consumed water; recording the parameters of daily operation),
• the set can also be equipped with a GSM communication module enabling remote (on-line) access and supervision over the pumps’ operation.

SHR 03 is created for personal hygiene control while going in and out of working areas.
It consists of a hand disinfection unit with a turnstile and pass-through sole cleaning machine, integrated into a common body and control. While entering the working area, a photocell on entrances witches on the brushes. The correct placing of both hands in the disinfector unlocks the turnstile of 1/3 turnover. While going out of the working area, a second photocell unlocks the turnstile of 1/3 turnover and switches on the brushes. The machine can be left or right lead.
