The machine accepts all kinds of ingredients (any type of meat, vegetable tomato, olive, fruits citrus, etc.) without predefined location thanks to its "V" molds. This machine accepts the most different ingredients and is the most productive in terms of kebab/brochettes per hour by operator.

The modular line is our most productive automatic machine. It allows you to make 12,000 kebabs/brochettes per hour. Classic squared brochettes or irregular square (pinchos) or mini skewers. This machine produces large volume, it is perfectly adapted to the big meat processors. It is an extremely reliable and robust machine, solid mechanics and precision. Larger groups are equipped with this production line.

Little sister of the Smax, this machine can make the same skewers as the Smax, handmade style brochettes, the settings are exactly the same, but the Palga broche is manual.

Capacity is between 200 and 450 skewers/brochettes per hour for one operator. It is ideal for catering butchers or medium and large food processors. The machine accepts any kind of ingredients and especially any kind of skewers : stainless steel, bamboo, and wooden skewers.

It is made off stainless steel in 4mm thickness which makes it very robust. It can be washed with high pressure water or in an industrial washing machine. No consumables on this machine, still no wear parts sold since its launch in 2015. This is the machine that has the most success this season.
