NIEROS® Crate Washing Machine CLT is a compact industrial washer for a thorough cleaning of Euro stacking containers or crates with similar characteristics and dimensions, utensil baskets and Euro-pallets. With the washing and rinsing zone, it guarantees superior cleaning results.

NIEROS® Sticker Remover CLT SR is designed to remove stickers from crates or Euro stacking containers quickly and efficiently. Its powerful pump provides enough pressure to remove over 90% of all stickers without using any chemicals. For optimal results, two high-pressure nozzles of 150 bar are placed on the side of the machine.

NIEROS® Blow-off Machine ABT B effectively complements any industrial washing process. The unit removes residual water from the items washed by means of a special airflow system. For optimal results, the items should be rinsed with hot water at approximately 85 °C beforehand. In case more than 90% of residual water is to be removed, a rinse-aid upgrade is necessary.

SPIN DRYER

NIEROS® Spin Dryer effectively complements industry washing process of crates or can be implied as standalone application. The unit removes residual water from the washed crate with fast rotation of item. The machine is energy efficient and quiet (low noise level). It is suitable for drying E1, E2 or E3 crate. Capacity up to 600 crates/h.

The new version retains its robustness, efficiency, and signature design, while becoming more compact, easier to install and easier to maintenance.

NIEROS® Hygiene Station URK V 300 is a complete solution especially for production areas with limited space. Guarantees optimal hygiene level of the personnel when entering and exiting the production area. It consists of a single lane with a turnstile- controlled passage.

Includes automatic hand disinfection unit, walk-through footwear as well as side boots brush cleaner. Only when all this is done, the person`s transition is possible.

NIEROS® Bin Washing Machines CLK 200 Duplex and CLK 300 Duplex are perfect for washing 200- or 300-litre Eurobins, made as per DIN 9797 or USDA. Combining two separate washing sections of your choice, the CLK 200 Duplex thoroughly washes 200-litre Eurobins, while the CLK 300 Duplex accommodates both 200- and 300-litre Eurobins. CLK 200 Duplex and CLK 300 Duplex bin washers clean both the bins and their wheels and can accommodate up to 60 bins per hour.Washer can be electro or steam heated, it includes double powered rotating washing and rinsing system.Completely made from stainless steel DIN 1.4301 (AlSI 304).
