The handles of Mundial’s Professional Knife Line feature Sanitized antimicrobial protection. Injected with polypropylene during the manufacturing process, Sanitized inhibits the growth of fungi and bacteria, preventing their proliferation and colony formation. Its effectiveness lasts for the entire lifespan of the knife.

Made from stainless steel developed with Mundial’s excellence and quality, ensuring perfect and unique performance. High durability and resistance are achieved through Mundial’s exclusive SubZero thermal treatment process. Professional polishing enhances blade oxidation resistance, ensuring quality and hygiene in meat processing.

Scabbard with Removable Front - 380 x 180 cm
Used for safely transporting knives, hooks, and sharpening tools. Made from injected virgin polypropylene, which is non-toxic and does not absorb moisture. Features antimicrobial Sanitized protection, ensuring less microbial proliferation under normal cleaning conditions.

Holds 2 knives up to 10”, 1 hook (in center, left, or right position), and 1 sharpening tool up to 12”. All parts are fixed and secure, and it can be attached to the operator’s belt using a belt, cord, or plastic chain.
