Foreign Material Detection: SiftAI has been trained to spot virtually all foreign materials with high accuracy enabling improved quality control and food safety standards. This includes soft materials like hair, cardboard, paper, wood, clear plastic, rubber, and several others, which are difficult-to-impossible to detect by typical inspection methods.
Sorting, Grading, & Sizing Meat & Poultry Products: As meat cuts run under the SiftAI system at high speeds, the AI-driven application reliably determines the size and grade of each piece. In real-time, the system sends a digital outputs to a robot or PLC to designate a location according to the product's classification (size, shape, color, grade, etc.).
