During the filtration of the exhaust air the recovery of process heat can be achieved by the integration of a heat exchanger. Industrial exhaust air contains often valuable heat, which can be used for follow-up processes.

In the case of low exhaust air temperatures the heat recovery can be optimised by the combination with the KMA Ambitherm® high efficiency heat pump. The heat extracted from the exhaust air is available for warming water or heating the building.

As the heat exchanger is installed directly next to the filter zone, it can be cleaned regularly automatically simultaneously with the filter module.
