The new belt, made from Delrin®, a highly durable, food-safe material, offers enhanced wear resistance and improved product safety, ensuring a superior conveyor experience for our customers.

The transition from Ultraform® to Delrin® marks a significant performance upgrade. This homopolymer is more wear-resistant and has several key benefits:

• Metal detectors and x-rays detect particles, ensuring their identification to prevent food contamination.
• Delrin® offers better durability, longer belt life, and lower maintenance costs.
• It complies with both FDA and European food safety standards.
