The NESS cooking kettle GARANT has thrilled demanding professionals in trade and industry for decades. The NESS GARANT kettle allows an absolutely reliable and well controllable heating of the cooking kettle with electricity, oil, gas, low pressure steam (up to 0.5 bar g), high pressure steam (up to 6.5 bar g), hot water and heat transfer oil. The stable and self-supporting compact construction in stainless steel is completely watertight and available in two basic versions. The cooking kettle can be placed with a waterproof floor seal on an existing base. The second delivery execution is the version with kettle feet and a waterproof base plate. Accessories such as cooking baskets and kettle floats of all sizes (200l up to 1200l) complete the equipment of our cooking kettles.

• due to the use of superheated water steam, there is no open flame in the smoke generator. Therefore, the smoke generator is not potentially explosive when used as intended (IBExU certificate).

NESS smoke generators all work on the same principle: only the quantity of smoke actually needed is generated to achieve the desired result. If the closed Circo-Smoke-System® is used, the consumption of smoking material can be reduced by up to 80 percent (compared to open systems). The result: less costs for smoking material, less pollution of the system and thus less cleaning efforts. The smouldering of sawdust is the traditional method of producing smoke. Of course, this procedure also has its very specific advantages. Due to the rather soft mechanical processes inside, only a low power drive is necessary and the system runs very quietly. Sawdust is available practically everywhere with no effort and can be combined into individual chip mixtures to achieve very individual flavours.
