It combines paper based casings with tailorable elastic netting to be applied directly over manufactured meat products to simplify production process and enhance visual appearances, as well as provide customers the ability and flexibility to personalise their products.

The Fabric Casing family includes:

Bubble - Net: The iconic product range under ennio's Fabric Casing line - the Bubble-Net family leaves attractive indentations on meat surface while retains moisture from meat during cooking, leave product tender, juicy and visually appealing. This range currently includes:

• Bubble-Net: The original product. Provides enormous binding pressure and leaves deep, square indentations on meat.
• Bubble-Net Light: Contains no elastic. Provides good binding pressure and leaves light square indentations.
• Bubble-Net Honeycomb: Contains no elastic. Provides good binding pressure and leaves appetising honeycomb indentations.
