SV4800
TIPPER TIE SV4800 Automatic Double Clipper
The TIPPER TIE SV4800 clipping system is an excellent choice for slicer ware, hung, or even shaped products. All known plastic, fibrous and collagen casings can be processed fast and safely.
It closes all kinds of sausage, such as scalded, raw and cooked sausage as well as shaped products with diameters 45 -160 mm. The SV4800 is the result of many years of experience and systematic product development. The spreading voider system allows processing of ham products with all standard artificial casings up to caliber 160 mm. For air-free slack filling the SV4800 can optionally be equipped with an overspreading device for total spreading up to 250 mm.s an excellent choice for slicer ware, hung, or even shaped products. All known plastic, fibrous and collagen casings can be processed fast and safely. It closes all kinds of sausage, such as scalded, raw and cooked sausage as well as shaped products with diameters 45 -160 mm. The SV4800 is the result of many years of experience and systematic product development. The shuttle clipping technology allows pro-duction speeds up to 120 portions/minute. The SV4800 is the fastest U-clip spreading voider machine for products up to 160 mm diameter.
The clip pressure monitoring system pre-vents machine damage due to operating er-rors. If the set threshold value of the closure force is reached, the safety system is trig-gered and stops the machine.
The S-curve, a patented quick-release swiv-el mechanism for the casing brake allows fast casing change without moving the clipping head. Maintenance and downtimes can be minimized considerably, which increases machine service life. The optional revolving dual horn turret allows casing changes with virtually no downtime for maximum productivity.
The swivel-mounted discharge conveyor en-sures a consistent caliber of the products due to programmable and conveyor belt speeds. The discharge conveyor height can be easily adapted to the product.
Customers with limited space or very long products may choose the SV4800 side dis-charge configuration. This saves one prod-uct length in footprint.
The optional labelling system TagPrint TD60 is the perfect basis for a consequent traceability of the products. It ensures com-prehensive control of the complete process chain from the manufacturer to the end us-er. The labels are printed and clipped during production. By adding information such as date, weight, logos, barcodes, etc. products may be individually labelled.
The SV4800 delivers with its production speed of up to 120 cycles/minute, its quiet operation and powerful and maintenance-free PLC controlled servo drive. The speed can be set in 6 steps and adapted individu-ally to every product.
Efficient operation made easy: Machine control via touch screen, graphic user interface with practical icons and easy menu structure. Parameter settings of product programs can be easily managed and stored. An integrated monitoring system controls all safety functions and indicates upcoming maintenance work as well as incorrect machine status.
The SV4800 is very maintenance and service friendly. Smooth, stainless steel surfaces, excellent accessibility of all areas and inclined horizontal surfaces allow fast and hygienic cleaning. A cleaning drawer in the lower safety cover, a swivel-mounted conveyor belt as well as the patented “Easy Clean” stuffing horn ball are design elements which leave nothing to be desired in terms of hygiene. The drive is located in a closed, air-ventilated switch cabinet for protection against water.

KDCMA Automatic Double Clipper
The KDCMA series is a fully automatic machine in modular design. The basic and add-on components of these stainless steel clipping machines are exchangeable throughout the entire series, which means that each model can be easily optimized to suit the desired application in each case. A table-top machine – ideal as an entry-level model for the craft business – grows with the production process: Due to the use of an optional roller frame and other equipment options such as the automatic looper, thread dispenser, spool clip, and further similar items, this model is turned into a high-performance clipping solution that can be combined with virtually any stuffer for production processes in trade and industry.
Natural, artificial, and fiber casings in the gauge range of 25–120 mm are processed as raw, cooked, and boiled sausages into portion sausages, sausage rings, sausage chains, and stick sausages, which run out in a discharge tray or on different roller conveyors. The movable, adjustable casing brake prevents casing overload and ensures portion-precise stuffing. Handling, conversion, cleaning, and maintenance are ideal. The machines have wide-opening hoods and are easy to inspect thanks to the inclined position at an angle of 10 degrees; beyond that, the machines can be swiveled.
The components are made of stainless steel, inclined surfaces, and a new design with free-hanging matrix plates that meet the highest hygiene requirements. In the case of the fully automatic machine KDCMA, ultramodern touch-screen technology takes the user to the desired settings.

TTStick
TIPPER TIE TTStick Automated Hanging Technology
Flexibility in production combined with a high degree of automation is what characterizes the new TTStick. With this machine, TIPPER TIE offers state-of-the-art suspension technology for an
even more efficient process. It is ideal for producing portioned or strings of sausages that need to be hung.
The TTStick safely and precisely suspends all sausages with plastic, fibrous, and collagen casings of calibers Ø 20–120 mm with a maximum sausage/string length of up to 800 mm. Depending on the product, it is capable of hanging up to 100 loops/minute on the smoking sticks.
The machine can now accommodate up to 26 empty smoking sticks in the magazine, while the customer can still decide between 3 different finished buffer sizes (8, 12 or 16 completed
sticks). This is how TIPPER TIE provides more customer flexibility.
The TTStick is connected to one of TIPPER TIE’s high-speed automatic clippers, either a TT1512 or TT1815. The loops are transferred directly from the automatic string loop feeder of the Double Clipper without any handling required. The string of sausages is then automatically precisely placed on the smoking stick by the TTStick.
The controls for both clipper and TTStick are managed by the clipper Human Machine Interface or HMI. Individual positioning of the string loops can be specified and saved in the recipe section of the HMI, saving time, and helping to achieve up to 25% higher utilization of the smoking stick (and subsequently the smoking trolley, cooking, or smoking chambers) leading to more production capacity as well as more efficient production.
A key aspect of this is the efficiency of the smoking stick replacement system, it is almost unbeatable. The TTStick has a servo driven smoke stick exchange instead of pneumatics, which allows more control over the smoke stick exchange with less noise and vibration. When the specified number of loops are precisely located onto the smoking stick, the now filled stick is ejected into a buffer in only 600 ms, and a new one is supplied from the magazine. This means uninterrupted production even at high speeds. The filled smoking stick is now ready to be moved to a rack or trolley either by the
operator or with an automatic system for even greater savings. Additionally, the full stick buffer has a safety stop which is activated as soon as the delivery table is full. A visual signal warns the operator in advance to help prevent unnecessary stoppage.
This all means that that the TTStick ensures high production with little down time while increasing the utilization of drying rooms and smoke houses, all with a minimum of operator interaction.
Easy handling, fast production, improved efficiency, and productivity: This is the result of the integration between the TIPPER TIE TTStick and the high-speed double clipper from TIPPER TIE.
To change the loops or clips, only the string loop housing needs to be opened. The TTStick does not have to be disconnected for that. To achieve even shorter downtimes, the double clipper is equipped with a parallel turret. This enables new casing to be added while the machine is running, and the casing change to take place without opening the upper section of the clip machine. This results in a casing change taking just a few seconds, leaving your production virtually uninterrupted.
Additionally, transportation and handling have been optimized as well. The TTStick is provided with wheels on the machine footing. This allows you to easily move the machine without additional
help.
TIPPER TIE’s TTStick is operated and controlled using the HMI from the TT1815 or TT1512 automatic double clipper this means the machines are perfectly integrated from a control’s standpoint. This gives the operator a very simple and clear overview of both machines and makes recipe management and product changes very easy.
This innovative operating system with easy-to-understand pictograms is also state-of-the-art in terms of efficiency. For example, the number of sausages per smoke stick and their distance/spacing can be set easily. An integrated large internal program memory ensures that many different programs can be stored without any problems, and any operators already familiar with the TT family of automatic clipping machines will easily learn the TTStick controls.
The controls themselves are driving maintenance-free servo motors in the TTStick to ensure fast, efficient, and repeatable operation.
New innovations have made the TTStick even more efficient and the operation smoother thanks to the elimination of pneumatic cylinders. TIPPER TIE’s TTStick is smart, efficient, reliable!
The TTStick is very easy to maintain and service. Smooth, stainless surfaces with a three percent gradient are design elements that allow fast, hygienic cleaning. An integrated safety control system monitors production. In the event of a machine error, the system stops the line, and the TTStick, clipper, and stuffer go into standby mode. Imminent maintenance work is communicated to the operator on the touch screen, and interactive graphics help display potential faults and error sources so the machine can be rapidly put back into service.

SVU6800
The new SVU6800 is the culmination of years of success with the RS line of high-performance automated double clippers. The SVU6800 is designed for versatility and dependability and is the ideal clipper machine for difficult to run whole muscle and large products, heavy hung smoked or dried sausages, and salami.
All known casings and nettings are accommodated including difficult to run spiced casings. The SVU6800 is also compatible with every pumping system on the market. From meat and poultry to dairy products and even commercial explosives, the SVU6800 can produce any product within the specified range.
By benchmarking the SVU6800 for versatility and power, and leveraging the efficient mechanical design of the SV4800 and DCSV5000, TIPPER TIE has raised the bar for large clipping machines.
The SVU6800 can accommodate products in a range from 50-200mm in diameter and can be equipped with an optional slack-fill for up to 300mm of additional air-free overspreading. The SVU6800 is fast with a start-stop speed of up to 65 pieces/minute.
The clip closing system of the SVU6800 has a simulated cushion function for sensitive casings and an overload protection to prevent machine damage in the event of improper operation. The SVU6800 utilizes either the exceptionally strong ZR400 series clips (providing security for mid-sized to large products and the thickest casings) OR it can be equipped to use the E400 series clip (the ideal clip for mid-sized and large heavy hung products).
The available looper is capable of achieving 45 loops per minute and can be set up as either a first tie side or second tie side to accommodate any floor layout. A typical clipper clips only one string of loop (loop first) but the SVU6800 can hang heavier products by utilizing the BF series loops available in 3 and 4 ply configurations and the knot first loop application under the clip.
The optional PRK 2 horn turret is another productivity-enhancing option. The parallel turret will significantly reduce the time it takes to change casing increasing daily throughput.

TCV-TCNV Clippers
TCV table-top clippers are used wherever absolutely secure closure is needed. Sausage, poultry, game, mussels and clams as well as packaged fresh meat and cheese can be sealed with these machines.
Our clippers in the TCV range continue to be perfectly suited for the preassembly of casings and the packaging of chemicals and other products in nets, bags and various casings.

Design
Table clippers from the TCV range are made of stainless steel and plastic and comply with the latest requirements for safety and hygiene defined in various standards. E.g. European Machinery Directive and Clipping Machine Standard EN13885.
Equipment Versions
• If the sausage is to be processed or presented while suspended, the loop feeder is used
• A knife ensures straight ends with a good appearance
• A maintenance unit ensures clean supply air at the correct pressure, thereby reducing maintenance costs
• Some models from the TCV range are available with a pivotable air extraction unit. This unit is used to create a vacuum inside the bags to be sealed before the bags are pivoted over to the clipper and sealed.
• For special applications and liquid products, some TCV devices are available as horizontal versions.
• The TCV106 machine is available in a special version with a label feeder. It enables the printing of a label during the sealing process, which is then attached below the clip in a forgery-proof fashion.
