The Cabinplant quattro batcher is designed to meet the demand for precise and efficient weighing and batching of large portions up to 30 kg of fish, seafood, meat and poultry products.

Easy to integrate and operate
The quattro batcher has a compact and optimized footprint and is designed to fit into your existing production lines.

Operation is very easy through an intuitive interface on a 15’’ touch screen with pre-determined recipes and settings, providing a simple overview of the machine. The ergonomic design offers optimal working conditions for the operators in terms of lifting and reaching height.

Marinating of meat and poultry made easier
Marinating of meat and poultry products usually requires a lot of cleaning of production equipment and thus increased spillage of marinade, but with the Cabinplant marinating system the spillage and cleaning required after marinating is reduced significantly. 

Our marinating system is placed in-line with the packing line, but compared to other solutions our solution is placed after the portion weighing which means that the multihead weigher and the conveyors are not soaked in marinade.

The Cabinplant sausage depositor is a fully automatic solution for alignment of portions of sausages (or similar products) in trays (premade or thermoformed).  

Our solution is designed to operate together with a multihead weighing machine and is installed directly above the thermoforming/tray sealing machine.

The sausage depositor is available with various formats and for various tray dimensions.

The weighed portions are discharged into a horizontally moving transfer trolley. The transfer trolley is tailormade and contains the same number of compartments as the number of trays included in one cycle in the thermoforming machine. The portions are then dropped into a vibrating unit in which each portion is aligned.

After alignment, the portions are transferred to vertical tubes. The tubes turn 90° to horizontal position and at the same time move independently to a c-c position immidiately above each tray and dis­charge the portions gently into each tray, thus completing the cycle.

The Cabinplant Sensor Gates system developed for our MHW with screw feeding guarantee secures optimal feeding for each assembly pan, ensuring that only one piece of product is fed into each pan. This results in the maximum number of combinations and attains great precision.
