A modern competence centre for print and laminating that has the most advanced technologies at its disposal was established in Neutraubling, already the third location of the booming BUERGO.FOL GmbH Company.

At this location, we work with the latest generation of high-performance flexographic printing presses that are characterised by particularly high speed and accuracy for instance.

The outstanding equipment with ten inking systems for solvent-based colours as well as the exceptional working widths guarantee you the most advanced production conditions and the best print results.

Flexible materials such as PE, PP, OPA, PET and BOPP as well as hard films such as A-PET are all suitable as print substrates.

The printing width extends to a maximum of 1270 mm, the thickness of the print substrates can vary between 12 μm and 150 μm and the printing length is infinitely adjustable up to 1250 mm.

Our print pre-press is responsible for the printing implementation of your order. It is the interface between the customer, design department and repro studio as well as our printing shop.

Our core skills include stability and reproducibility.

Flexographic

The combination of speed and flexibility makes flexographic printing one of the most in-demand printing processes. High printing speed and low
printing plate costs make this printing process extremely attractive.

The quick changeover between orders offers a huge advantage compared to other printing techniques, even when it comes to short runs.

The BUERGO.SKIN product range consists of high barrier films for use as top webs for skin vacuum packaging. The films settle around the product that is to be packaged like a second skin without compromising the product structure in doing so.

In combination with the BUERGO.PET bottom webs, the BUERGO.SKIN films are suitable for the packaging of numerous foods such as meat, sausage, poultry, fish, sea food, game, cheese or ready meals (convenience products).
