The mass transfer pump
The “Hopper Topper” transports all masses such as sponge and batter mixtures, cottage cheese, poppy seed or nut fillings, soft doughs, pre-doughs, soaked grains, fine food salads such as meat salads, preserved salads, dips, creams, sauces, preserved soups – whether hot or cold – and much more.
Through the gentle pneumatic transportation of the masses, even soft pieces of up to 25 mm such as apple pieces and cherries are not destroyed. Whipped up volume also remains almost intact. That’s high class quality for any mass!
- Continuous refilling of masses of all types, directly into the material hopper of the portioning and dosing systems or the filling stations of the fine baked goods lines, without interrupting the production process
- The pump simulates the careful filling of the hopper as if by hand
- Transports the product directly from the mixing/kneading pan
- A pneumatic lift enables simple and fast pan/scales replacement on the pump
- Simple dismantling without tools enables fast, simple cleaning
