The Quantum Flex® Trimmer is a particularly lightweight and fast tool designed to boost cutting efficiency and yield. The tool’s development process was focused on improving performance, compatibility, ergonomics and durability. The Quantum Flex® series features the first universal handpiece compatible with all Bettcher motors - from Quantum® and Quantum S® to UltraDrive® and UN-84. Quantum Flex® series trimmers have simultaneously been optimised in terms of performance, weight and ergonomics: they are comparatively lightweight and feature a reduction in top-heaviness. Their handles, which can be adjusted to different hand sizes, can be individually adapted to the respective user. As a result of technical adjustments, both the cutting force and cutting speed of these tools have been increased, but despite the increase in speed, vibration during use has been reduced. This ensures precise meat processing, causes less wear on the knife and knife housing, and leads to easier handling which in turn leads to less operator fatigue. All in all, the Quantum Flex® Trimmer enables greater efficiency and higher meat yields.
