This peeler has a production capacity of up to 600 pieces/hour, depending on the cured sausages and their casings.

The MPEC1200 can work without a hydrator module if your products do not require hydration before being peeled.

If your products require hydration, the MPEC1200 can be coupled to the Compact Hydrator Unit RMPEC1200. It is designed to complement the Compact Peeler if your products require to be peeled with hydration for an easy extraction of the casing from the cured sausage logs such as pork loin, chorizo, salami and pepperoni, among others.

The MPE1200 must be coupled to a hydrator module which softens the casings of pork loin, chorizo, salami and pepperoni logs before peeling.

There are different options of hydrator modules depending on the hydration that your products need.

The Standard Hydrator module for the Automatic Peeling Machine MPE1200 is the Hydrator for high performance RMPE1200.

In case your products needs less hydration and/or there is not enough space in your plant, the best option for you is the Compact Hydrator RMPEC1200.
