Mepaco's Pump Feeder is designed to automate batching systems, converting them to continuous systems. The Pump Feeder has been utilized in many types of systems including processed meat, pet food, fruit processing, and prepared foods. The Pump Feeder meters product using the loss-in-weight method to downstream operations and eliminates the need for manual transfers.

Mepaco engineers the Pump Feeder to meet the needs of the application with customization that may include single or dual agitators, heating or cooling jackets, insulation and cladding, vacuum construction, and variable cover options. The Pump Feeder can be equipped with variable speed drives, load cells, or product-level sensors, electropolished interior finishes and CIP components.
