Conceived and developed by STERILSYSTEMS especially for the persistant degermination of carving and conveyor belts. By the contact of the goods with the belt, but also by the ambient air and the handling of the cooperators, the products are subjected to continuous pollutions by undesirable microorganisms.Already within half an hour after the purifi cation the germination number on, resp. at the carving and conveyor belts may arise up to a millionfold value. The consequence: during the processing of the following products inevitably a (new) contamination will be created. The FB-System reliably kills the unrequested microorganisms and prevents their progeny. By the perfect screening of UV rays the unit is unobjectionably applicable for the operators also directly in the workplace. It gets assembled under the belt – so with every rotation a reliable and consistant sterilisation will take place. The waterproof construction ensures, that there is no disassembly occurring during the wet cleaning.

High-quality stainless steel and an extra high surface fi nish meet the highest requirements of hygiene. The UV emitters are integrated in the housing in a waterproof way, and obviously also the front end electronics is accomodated, waterproof, in a switchboard. STERILSYSTEMS exactly co-ordinates the casing dimensions with the band with and the performance with the respective belt speed. The extraordinarily high operational life span renders profi table the application of the FB-System, an emitter change may easily be effected by the operator without any extra effort nor maintenance charges. And optionally also for the FB-System there is available a reliable splinter shield.

Potable water and its quality: with AQUASTERA STERILSYSTEMS has developed a UV disinfection system, that provides for a reliable sterilisation without any chemistry – without any alteration of the primordial water quality.

The pH-value, savour and odour, colour and mineral nutrients: all of them rest unaltered. Disinfection of the potable or process water means a reduction of the pathogenic germs, proven in the water of 99,999 per cent. In order to reach this optimum value, AQUASTERA operates with a dosage of 400 J/m². It is proven by the biodosimetrical test and certified in accordance to DVGW W-294 as well as the Ö-Norm 5873-1.

No matter if you want to keep sterile potable, process or waste water: the areas of application are complex, the effect however always the same: just microbiological pure water - no ifs, no buts. KLM-Module

Specially developed for the sterilisation of the air flow in central air-conditioning and ventilating devices. Here rather often undesirable microorganisms form. Often they also get infiltrated from outside by the fresh air or the recirculating air. The result: germs, viruses, yeasts and mould spores almost unavoidably are disseminated in the production and processing rooms and multiply continuously. There is a not insignificant minimization of the quality and the durability of the manufactured product and obviously an impairment of health of the cooperators.

STERILSYSTEMS with the module KLM offers an efficacious„remedy“, which is placed right next to the ventilation duct, exactly syntonised to the respectively occurring air flow, and thus may fully unfold its purifying effect – to be precise 99,99 per cent of the germs, viruses, yeasts and mould spores get killed off and prevented from reproduction. The individual assembly to existing systems is quite simple.

High-quality stainless steel and an extra high surface finish meet even the highest requirements. The waterprotected UV-C lamps get placed in the casing in a way, to avoid a perceptible pressure decrease. With an optional persistant control eventual disturbances get indicated by indicator lamps or shown by a signaling contact.

The extremely long operational life span makes the employment of the modules highly profitable, the emitter change may be realised quite simply and without any extra maintenance charges. Upon request for this emitter we also supply a splinter shield.

The pass-through disinfection system - with a new High-Performance-Technology (HPF) - is used to remove unwanted micro-organisms on surfaces.
The HPF technology provides an up to 2.5 times higher output than the previous DE series and therefore it is suitable for special disinfection requirements. The disinfection is provided inline and can be integrated in the production line without an additional work step, the surface will be disinfected dry, without chemicals and heat impact.
The product or packaging are placed on the conveyor belt and driven through the UV-C disinfection unit. A 360° disinfection is achieved by using a special placement of the radiators. The desired capacity can be provided as per requirement. The efficiency factor of the disinfection of unwanted germs, viruses, yeasts and mold spores is up to 99.999% - including the underside.
