Description
The Sorters combines state-of-the-art x-ray imaging and line-scan cameras to provide high-speed, precision inspection for a wide variety of products, from fresh to further processed foods. This versatile system inspects each product for a range of potential defects, including weight discrepancies, shape irregularities, voids, color defects, foreign materials, and much more.
Designed to inspect unsynchronized rows of products at speeds of up to 250 pieces per second, the sorter ensures thorough inspection at every point. For comprehensive visual defect detection, the system can be equipped with an optional flip station to inspect both sides of each product.
The sorter’s innovative motorized gate system safely ejects defective products without damaging the good ones, even as they continue along the transfer line. Whether it's fresh meat, nuggets, tenders, fries, patties, whole muscle, or other food items, this system is capable of handling products of varying sizes and shapes, ensuring complete quality control.
