Our desalination and washing line is made up of two machines connected online: the DSA-17-SA desalination plant, which recovers dry salt by blowing high-pressure air, and the MINICON washing machine, which uses clean water without recirculating, consuming less than 1.5 liters of water for each ham or shoulder.

The design of the system allows a highly efficient inline work, with an exceptional bleeding of all and each one of the pieces, regardless of the anatomical differences between them due to the adaptability of the whole set.
