• Inside push operated by a hydraulic cylinder, with 2 movements. It falls on the back of the animal and pushes the animal forward, adapting to the size of the animal and take out the head for the bleeding hole.
• Roof window for slaughtering the animal in traditional slaughter mode.
• Trap with rotational movement 180º, powered by hydraulic motor, to invert the animal upside down.
• Front door type guillotine, with upward movement, to hold the animal's neck, operated with hydraulic cylinder.
• Grid with tilting backwards, actuated by hydraulic cylinder, to block the head on the front and separate the chin of the animal, to easily access for bleeding.
• Swing door at the side, actuated by hydraulic cylinder, for the ejection of the animal.
• Sloping floor, actuated by hydraulic cylinder, with simultaneous movement to the expulsion door, to facilitate the fall of the animal.
• System for bleeding small animals: panel at the top and panel at the side operated by a hydraulic cylinder, to reduce height and width.
• Control box, with manual buttons to operate all the movements of the machine. Incorporates a button to support when the animal is being slaughtered and, from now on, the PLC counts a certain amount of time (the workbench for the animal welfare directive of immobilization until the animal is dead) , and after this time, an acoustic signal sounds and from this moment, the box can return to its initial position.

Performance :
- Ritual mode: 40-50 animals / hour (the performance can be reduced to half, depending on the time of loss of consciousness of the animal)
- Traditional mode: 60-80 animals / hour

Characteristics: PNEUMATIC ELEVATOR PLATFORM 

Installed in a dressing line and used to comfortably raise the operator and easily access the part of the animal to work.
• Base formed by a sheet metal tray, to collect the water, with a pipe connection on the drainage column.
• PVC grating placed on the base plate, to support the operator (green grating, mesh 30x30 mm and height 30 mm).
• Fixed railing around the base, with access door.
• Vertical guides consisting of: 2 fixed columns Ø 76x4 mm tube with screw plate on the ground and with spacers to be fixed to the structure; and 2 square tubes 100x100x2 mm with internal
polyethylene shells, which slide on the columns during the movements of the platform.
• Operation by 2 pneumatic cylinders Ø 100 mm, rod and fork in stainless steel.
• Actuated by a pneumatic pedal integrated in the base of the platform and / or with a lever control fixed in the water column (to handle the platform from the bottom, for safety and for cleaning)
• Includes group of filters + regulator + lubricator + pressure gauge
• Ceiling with shower for washing the hands and aprons of the operator, operated with a pedal valve and with a plastic soap dispenser. On small platforms, the ceiling is replaced by a washbasin.
• Column for drainage, with perforated basket for waste collection.
• Optional: immersion knife sterilizer (electric resistance water heating 1000W) or knife sterilizer by water spray at 85ºC network (automatic activation by solenoid valve incorporated into the sterilizer).
