With the introduction of monoFlex T and monoFlex O, allvac expands its product portfolio to include two advanced monomaterial films based on polyolefins. This expansion directly responds to the growing market demand for recyclable mono-material packaging solutions.​

Applications and Properties

• monoFlex T: A thermoformable bottom film, ideal for producing vacuum packaging.​

• monoFlex O: Suitable as a top film and for both vertical and horizontal flow pack lines. Additionally, it can be used to manufacture side-seal bags and can be enhanced with intermediate layer printing.​

Both films are based on PE + EVOH and offer excellent oxygen barrier properties, thanks to the EVOH layer. This ensures optimal aroma protection, extended shelf life, and preserves the freshness and taste of the packaged products.

The allflex E is a standard PA/EOH/PA/PE high barrier film with eleven layers. It is available in thicknesses from 50 to 300my and ideal for packaging beef. Of great interest to the food industry is the extension of the best-before date achieved with it. In addition to the EVOH high barrier, which prevents the penetration of oxygen or moisture and thus the formation of germs, the allflex E is convincing due to its increased transparency, excellent formability and solid puncture resistance.

PRODUCT EXPANSION:
Our allflex ER is up to 97% recyclable and therefore offers
an environmentally friendly packaging solution without compromising
on quality and protection.

The allflex SX is a Special Ultra-High-Resistance 11-layer PA/PE cast coextrusion film available in thicknesses of 100-350μ. This particularly robust, highly transparent and optimally formable film is ideal for packaging Tyrolean Speck attractively. The packaging result makes your products irresistible at the point of sale.

• Smoked ham, South Tirol bacon, spare ribs
• Hard cheese
• Bone packaging
• Shellfish
• Industrial products such as screws and nails

The allflex S is a standard medium PA/PE barrier film with eleven layers, a versatile composite film combining several properties of different film materials, such as barrier or sealing properties. Due to its exceptional transparency and gloss, it can be used for a wide range of applications. Its formability qualifies it for packaging crusted ham, for example. Its outstanding puncture resistance is an additional advantage.

The unique material sealing properties ensure that the package remains tightly sealed in the event that the sealing area becomes coated with water, grease or other product fluids, even at low sealing temperatures. Its tremendous mechanical strength that reliably prevents leakage, even when used for packaging sharp-edged or pointed products is another advantageous feature of PA/PE/SURLYN® medium barrier composite films, which we supply in tinted or printed versions as well.
