The OXYPAD gas analyser is used for quality assurance of food packaging. By means of sample testing, the gas composition in modified atmosphere packaging can be checked quickly and precisely.

The device is a real 2-in-1 solution. It’s a fully-fledged tabletop analyser. Equally, it can also be used as a mobile device because it is light, ergonomic and comes with a rechargeable battery.

OXYPAD has a clear, safe and user-friendly design. The touch screen with its functionality-driven user interface makes operation intuitive. The device can be operated without costly training.

Unlike other devices, the flexible hose and the needle holder reside behind a flap on the front. During mobile use, nothing sticks out and nothing can fall off. There is no danger of the hose being damaged, nor of one getting hurt by the needle.

The ergonomically shaped and comfortably weighted needle holder sits well in the hand. Its turning retraction mechanism protects the needle and makes handling safe.

OXYPAD is service-friendly. The needle, flexible hose and filter can be changed easily without the need for tools. The user can also replace the battery and O2 sensor independently.

OXYBABY® O2/CO2 is the practical battery-operated hand held gas analyser for measurement of modified atmospheres in food packages (MAP).

The perfect device for mobile, fast and accurate samples: at the packaging machine, in packages or in the laboratory. The small, high capacity analyser features ergonomic design, short sample times, minimal sample gas requirements and is easy to use.

The USB port or the optional Bluetooth interface provide a fast and easy data communication for data transfer or for the connection of a separate printer. More options available e.g. barcode reader, documentation software, can piercer for measurements of bottles or cans.

It also has a unique feature to avoid wrong measurements - permanent flow control with automatic alarm in case of a needle or filter blockage.
 

LEAK-MASTER EASY features the detection of even the smallest of leaks without the need for trace gases. LEAK-MASTER EASYis a water-based system. Benefit: any leaks are easily visible and located via a stream of bubbles. The system is also suitable for vacuum packages and packages without modified atmospheres.
