The concept
The automatic pass-through disinfection is installed at the passages without major effort and connected to the existing pressure cleaning systems.

The foam disinfection system with approved injector system automatically sprays a 10 to 15 mm high foam carpet onto the floor after a certain time interval.
This carpet unfolds its disinfecting effect, thus preventing crosscontamination through wheels or shoes between the work areas.

How and for how long the spray is applied can be individually adjusted - even manual operation can be included if desired. A warning lamp signals a pending spraying interval. This way, no
one runs the risk of unintentionally running into a spray.

The robust single-pump units are a true classic at Walter, which for many years have been supplying small and medium-sized operations with 1-2 spray facilities with the optimum pressure and the necessary water quantity during cleaning. The units are designed for wall mounting in a plant room.

Walter CNK 140 - cleaning, foaming, disinfecting Compact powerhouse for all mobile cleaning tasks

The CNK 140 is a mobile and universally applicable cleaning station. Thanks to its own air compressor for foam generation, all you need for operation is a water and power connection.

We offer the CNK140 as a low-pressure cleaning device as well as a medium-pressure cleaning device to suit your individual requirements.

For the choice between the different media, you switch easily and quickly between water, foam or disinfection thanks to the proven single-lever operation. The air compressor is switched on automatically for foam generation.

The robust chassis can also be optionally equipped with an automatic hose reel, which makes hose handling much easier. It also protects the spraying equipment.

The proven high-pressure pump, the safety devices and the thermal monitoring ensure that the unit can withstand even the toughest operating conditions.
