With hygiene and safety
Silikal flooring systems are designed for heavy-duty use: Wherever things get really busy, where something sometimes falls on the floor, where boxes are dragged across the floor and where cleaning agents are constantly used, the use of Silikal floor coatings has proven its worth. The reactive resins are resistant to many alkalis, salts, oils, fruit acids and greases. The seamlessly closed surface of the floors can be finished off with coving. Also important: the floors can be cleaned easily and quickly. Individually adjustable anti-slip classes ensure slip resistance.
With speed
A practical advantage with which the Silikal MMA flooring systems score is their quick installation. Installation or renovation can be carried out overnight - without costly interruption of operations. In just one to two hours after applying the last layer, the Silikal resins are cured and the floor is fully loadable. In practice, the installation is completed in just a few steps: Usually, the installers grind or blast the old floor. Then a Silikal primer is applied, followed by the main coat and then the top coat.
With colour and style
The Silikal floorings bring colour into everyday life. Almost every colour wish of the customers can be realised. By adding pigments, quartz or coloured flakes, there are countless possibilities for a colourful design. Silikal "Concrete Look" is particularly suitable for design floors in restaurants, bars and retail rooms. With tests
MMA flooring systems - like almost all Silikal products - are regularly inspected and evaluated by independent testing bodies. Proof and certificates, e.g. from HACCP International and the recommendation of the Bundesverband der Lebensmittelkontrolleure Deutschland e. V. (Federal Association of Food Inspectors in Germany), demonstrate the suitability of MMA reactive resin floors for handling food.
