The new developped multi-blade cutting machine MBC extends the product range oft the NOCK cutting machines. Depending on the product, the NOCK circular blade cutting machines can be used applied a blade distance of 6 – 8mm. Due to the development of the multi-blade cutter, it is now possible, depending on the product, to cut with a blade distance from 3mm. The long-stroke, low-frequency oscillating blade cartridge is suitable for particuarly gentle cuts and also for very delicate e.g. cooked pruducts. The machines are equipped with an infeed conveyor and a discharge conveyor and can be fed fully automatically. Thus the multi-blade cutter can be easily integrated into a line.

Another highlight is the circular blade cutting machine CB435/4E HORIZONTAL-VERTICAL-CUTTER. This machine is equipped with a band blade and a circular blade cutting unit for several vertical cuts. The machine can be equipped in different ways, eg. 1 horizontal cut plus many vertical cuts or only 1 horizontal cut, or only vertical cuts. The thickness of the horizontal cut is infinitely adjustable from approx. 1mm. The machine is ideal for slicing e.g. strips of chicken breast or turkey meat, thin escalopes, fish fillets for sushi, etc. The new optional separation conveyor allows the separate transport of the upper and lower slice.

NOCK Doner and Gyros cutting machines are technically similar to the derinders. However they have been especially further developed to cut meat slices.

Important differences between the NOCK derinders and Doner/Gyros cutting machines are:

• softer pressure wheels
• softer springs in the pressure unit
• modified transport roller (tooth roller)
• modified blade holder
• larger adjustment range of the blade gap (approx. 8 mm)

• very smooth cut, also with thin slices
• gentle processing of the meat
• large range of possible cutting widths (e.g. thick slices for Yaprak Doner and thin slices for mincemeat Doner)

The regulations for „Safety at work“ are continuourly being reinforced. The NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT® (ICO) SYSTEM provide our customer with sufficient protection when working with open top NOCK machines. The NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT® (ICO) SYSTEM stops the machine in a fraction of a second when the blade or tooth roller comes into contact with electrically conductive gloves. Thus preventing serious injuries.

Our scale ice makers NRE are equipped with a horizontal rotary evaporator and a fixed stainless steel water tank with a large distance to the evaporation cylinder and a large drain opening. This allows that the machine can be cleaned and disinfected very easily every day with high pressure and foam, as with food processing machines, without dismantling the stainless steel water tank. The NOCK scale ice makers operate with R449A refrigerant, offering low global warming potential and high energy efficiency. The scale ice has a thickness of approx. 2mm and a temperature of approx. minus 8°C.
