The DRC professional refrigerated meat mincer is recommended for use in traditional butchers and delicatessens, but also in supermarkets and restaurants.
Its high-performance refrigeration system, either static or ventilated, ensures refrigeration of the entire circuit used by the meat, thus improving the cold chain required for meat products.

The controls are also stainless steel and waterproof (IP67), with easy access from the side of the machine.

The traditional DRC meat mincer is recommended for all types of use : in butcher's and delicatessen shops, in the catering trade and in supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Depending on its size, the machine can be placed on a table or on the floor. The body is made entirely of 304 stainless steel. The body and all food preparation parts are also made of stainless steel.

The body can be removed from the outside for easy cleaning, but also to keep the meat away from overheating of the motor.

With the exception of the small model (DRC 22L), all PSV professional meat mincers are equipped with a reverse gear to facilitate the release of the propeller when necessary.

Their design and finish have been developed to make their use and maintenance very easy. Our choppers automatic mixers are indeed equipped with a mixing arm and an easily removable outer body.

With their 45L and 100L hoppers, they will find their place in laboratories, either in tabletop or stand-mounted versions.

According to international standards, several cutting systems are offered depending on the versions: UNGER 114 (double cut), UNGER 98 (double cut), or ENTERPRISE 32 (single cut) .

PSV has been making professional fillers for several generations.

The PSV base-mounted hydraulic fillers is a very robust and powerful machine. Available in 4 capacities (13/25/40/60L). The bodywork of this latest generation of fillers is in one piece, making them easier to clean and maintain. They are made entirely from 304 stainless steel.

The PSV sausage filler is now equipped with a ‘start and stop’ function for quiet, economical operation. The cylinder is easy to clean thanks to a floor-level drain for rinsing water. Maintenance is easy, and all components are within easy reach. The solid stainless steel lid and piston are easy to remove.

The 25 and 40 litre models are fitted with a pressure gauge. Stainless steel cones as standard for pedestal-mounted models and aluminium cones for table-top models (14/20 and 32mm).
