Drake’s new Model SR-400 loader is designed to automatically sort and load curved natural casing sausage into your packaging machine in a quick and hygienic way.

The SR-400 loader is designed to withstand food industry washdown procedures. It also has a compact size, making it a good fit in crowded food packaging rooms.

The SR-400 sorts and loads up to 400 curved natural casing sausages per minute and can handle a variety of products up to 200 mm (8 inches) in length, making it ideal for packaging lines operating at 0.6 to 1 ton per hour capacity. The SR-400 is ideal for food producers of all sizes, as it comes with an easy-to-maintain robotic loading head.

The Drake model CS-1800 is our most popular and versatile collator style high speed frankfurter loader. The CS-1800 sorts and aligns franks (hot dogs) and places them into a packaging machine in a quick and hygienic way.

The CS-1800 comes with a standard Drake mechanical loading head.

This unit can handle skinless or skin-on, cooked and chilled frankfurters from 12 to 32mm diameters* and from 3” length (76mm) to 12” length (300mm). The model CS-1800 can load up to 1,800 pieces per minute of a 5” long (127mm) product with a 98% fill rate.

All Drake frankfurter loaders feature touch screen controls that allow for easy addition of new recipes and rapid adjustment to various areas of the loader.

The Drake collator style loader offers a unique first-in/first-out handling method minimizing recirculation of product.

This unit’s intermediate conveyor inspection flights are made of rugged stainless steel, as is most of the machine, making this the toughest loader on the market.

Drake's CS-Canning System is designed for loading speeds up to 400 cans per minute at seven sausages per can.

The system allows a manufacturer to electronically program multiple sausage counts per can. Long sausages are fed into the optional Slicer which cuts them into equal length pieces. The cut pieces are dropped onto a conveyor, go through a metal detector, and then feed into a collator to gain product alignment.

The product drops from the collator onto a grouping conveyor and then into the canner.

The Drake Launcher Style high speed Autoloaders are the most sanitary loaders on the market today.

These units can handle skinless or skin-on, cooked and chilled products from 14 to 32mm in diameter* and from 3 1/8” length (79.375mm) to 8 3/4” length (222.25mm).

The model LS-1800 can load up to 1,800 pieces of a 5” long (127mm) product with a 98% fill rate.

All Drake Autoloaders feature touch screen controls that allow for easy addition of new recipes and rapid adjustment to various areas of the loader.

The Drake LS-1800 launcher style loader offers a compact footprint and a design that allows it to be stripped for cleaning in less than an hour.

The LS-600-R loader sorts frank (hot dog) food products and places them into a packaging machine in a quick and hygienic way. The Drake LS-600-R loader is hygienically designed and has a compact size, making it ideal for mid-sized frank (hot dog) packaging lines. It contains easily removable parts for thorough cleaning.

Capable of loading up to 600 pieces per minute, this machine is designed for packaging lines that operate from 1 to 1.5 tons per hour capacity. This unit can handle a variety of products up to 200mm in length (8 inches).

For food producers with a smaller maintenance staff, the LS-600-R loader comes with a very easy to maintain robotic loading head.
