The Henneken flattener HP 415 has got a band width of 415mm. The conically in-feeding belts guarantee an optimal input of the product.

The steplessly adjustable conveying speed of 2.5 to 15m/min of the synchronized upper and lower bands allow an ideal processing of diverse products like kebab meat, schnitzel or turkey breast.The distance between the belts can be set steplessly from 6 to 130 mm.

By the self-centering belts a side-slipping of the belt or product is prevented. For an easy and fast cleansing the upper belt can be removed without effort. Both belts are easily opened.A stainless steel discharge-conveying belt enables that the product is striked off optimally. The discharge-conveying belt is turnable at the bottom of the lower belt.
 

The steaker which is designed for the industry is very high-powered and sturdy. It captivates by its solid construction and is equipped with pneumatically springed rollers that adapt perfectly to any product size.

The Henneken roller steaker has got a band width of 500 mm and can be equipped with knife rolls of each 46 or alternatively 65 knives per roll. By the use of different types of knives built of especially hardened steel a wide range of products can be processed.

Through the height and pressure control of the knife rollers and the steplessly adjustable drive, the product can be processed gently as well as intensively. An exchange of one or both knife rollers with different types of press rollers is possible.

The distance between the knife rollers can be set to -12mm (knives interlock) up to +120mm.

The Henneken brine mixer HVM works by the Venturi-system. This feature supports a fast and very homogenous mixture of fluids, powdery substances and ice in water.

The HVM is standardly on stock in the sizes 400 liters, 650 liters, 1000 liters and 2000 liters. All sizes can be equipped with a double jacket cooling if desired.

The substance to be mixed in is entered into the loading system and is automatically sucked in and mixed without any lumping.For the optimal control an interconnection to the curing injector/tumbler is possible. Moreover, water dose feeder, SIEMENS touch panels with recipe management as well as weighing systems, electro-pneumatic valves and other options are available on request. All tubes and valves are easily removable for cleaning and maintenance.

With the use of a Henneken brine mixer the production of the homogenous brine is very fast. In addition to that the brine is stable for a longer time and avoids an early sedimentation.
 

The injector HPI is availabe with the working width 350 mm and 450 mm.

By a special stripper with height setting it is guaranteed that no product is pressed or injected brine is pressed out. Thus the product is able to increase.

The injector control is characterized by user friendliness. Stroke speed and beam walk speed are coupled mechanically through the robust drive with frequency converter and are absolute synchronous.

The pressure of the injector is steplessly adjustable by frequency converter driven centrifugal pump and can be read off the display or manometer.

The product transport is realized by a beam walk system. The beam walk speed can be changed from single stitch to double stitch. The product move has been deviced for a homogen stitch arrangement. This ensures a constant product quality.

For easy cleaning the scaper and the complete comb as well as the splash guards and sheet attachment can be removed without any utilities.

The vacuum tumbler type B is the bestseller of all the vacuum tumblers due to its excellent price performance ratio.

The flexibly applicable tumbler can optionally be delivered with or without cooling and/or defrosting device.
The type B is equipped with a direct drive and provides a rotational speed of 0.5 to 10 RPM. All tumbler parameters can be adjusted by the user friendly SIEMENS touch panel and are also programmable.
