It is particularly suitable to dry powdered meat with a low fat percentage.

The drier presents the following characteristics:

• Easy installation: The machinery, included the whole transmission gearing, is assembled on a strong bed so as to make a single monobloc.
• High resistance to usury: Its strong structure, the use of special alloyed and stainless steels, the use of parts forged for high mechanical resistance enable it to last a long time and to reduce fixed and maintenance costs.
• Adjusting: A microprocessor controls the adjusting and automation system during all the processing steps and functions (feeding, heating, product outlet). It enables to save electric power, to reduce staff employment and it guarantees a constant quality control.
• Conveyance: Many superior-inferior check ports make it possible to check the product stand during the processing phases and to have an easy access to the axle during the cleaning and the ordinary maintenance.
• Maintenance: Maintenance costs are reduced to their minimum thanks to the easy installation of coupling and assembling parts.
• Transmission: The motion of the main axle is guaranteed by an electric motor equipped with a hydrodynamic security coupling, which is suitable to avoid transmission work overcharges, and by a right-sized parallel axle gear reduction unit.

WORKING:

The product drying process takes place by heating indirect saturated steam and putting in into the main axis of the machinery by means of a suitable rotary siphon-joint. The product’s stay period inside the machinery is governed by the inclination of the conveying blades situated on the axle and by the automatic/manual control of the outlet port. The non-stop drier is supplied with all the necessary fitting (valves, temperature feelers, control and checking instrumentation), electro ventilator, centrifugal separator, scrubber group to directly condense processing steam and to reemploy hot air.

Used for the continuous cooking and de-hydration of raw or semi-finished butchery sub-products.

Our planning studies and experience acquired in the sector have allowed us to produce a highly efficient and technically advanced machine able to offer huge benefits for potential purchasers, such as:

1-A microprocessor (PLC) regulation and automation system has been adopted to control and manage all the phases and functions of the machine during processing: this permits energy savings, a reduction in personnel employed and constant quality control of the product treated. This equipment is provided with simple devices to interface with the operator such as functional alphanumeric keys to set and modify programs, graphical displays to visualise all the necessary information and a printer to record all the variables continuously in relation to time (e.g. Temperature).

2-The machine, complete with all transmission parts, is mounted on a strong base in a single block that makes it very easy to install in position.

3-Simplification of the mechanical coupling parts lightens servicing, consequently there is a reduction in maintenance costs.

4-ÍA special, unique "patented" mixed stuffing box ensures a seal in the support-bearings of the main shaft for the liquid generated while the product is cooking.

5-Its strong structure and use of very thick hightensile forged and the special steel alloys tested to standards regulations of CE give it the very important feature of lasting over time, having a positive effect on depreciation and maintenance costs. Another important feature is the use of special self-aligning bearings of leading international makes, housed in strong bolted spiders. The shaft control unit is composed of an electric motor provided with a hydrodynamic safety coupling, a parallel axis reduction unit and an additional oversized flexible mechanical coupling, the latter being of our manufacture. This dual protection allows the shaft to support sudden and considerable overloading.

The product is cooked by heating with indirect saturated steam at a pressure of 10 bars introduced through an appropriate rotating coupling-siphon into the main machine shaft composed of an Regulations of CE tested tube nest with a considerable radiating surface area.

The continuous cooker is supplied complete with every accessory for its normal operation (valves, variable measuring probes, control and checking instruments).

Characteristics:
The discontinuous cooker sterilizer works with saturated steam at 6 bar pressure PED tested; it is possible to reach an internal pressure of 3 bar for obtaining product decomposition.
The main double-chamber body is steam heated and completely realized in special steel according to EU normative in force.
The internal part in contact with the product is realized in a special hard steel wear-resistant with the possibility of extra-thickness.
The steam seal in the shaft supports is assured by a special patented stuffing box unique in its kind.
Loading and unloading openings are controlled by hydraulic jack with patented circuit, approved by the EU normative in force and equipped with safety and warning equipment.
The whole autoclave group – transmission, control unit and equipment – is placed on a strong basement that makes the machinery a single piece ready-for-installation.
Our discontinuous cooker sterilizer is supplied fully equipped: piping, valves control and monitoring instruments.

The internal rotating shaft, abundantly dimensioned and heated through saturated stream, has the following characteristic:

• a particular tool assuring condense outflow
• special bearings placed in strong bolted lanterns
• ending hubs realized in special forged steel, thermally treated

The control group of the shaft is composed by a hydraulic joint and a parallel axis gear motor, connected to the shaft through an over dimensioned elastic joint. This double protection allows the shaft to sustain considerable and unexpected overloads.
There exists also the oil-heated version: in this case the chamber is composed by a half tube-coil, in order to facilitate the thermal exchange and expansion, taking all the other technical and mechanic characteristics the same.

It is realized to destroy large-sized dead animals and to help carrying them by means of a screw conveyor.

The machinery is realised with an alloyed elettrosolded steel structure, which has been oversized so as to be suitable to bear strong dynamic stress. All details are mechanically wrought and made up so as to help and to quicken the replacement of the worn-out parts.

The main shafts are equipped with special heat treated moving blades while at the base of the feed box there is a row of riveted fixed combs.

Motion is guaranteed by means of a parallel axled gear reduction unit. In case of necessity it is possible to adopt a speed variator, constituted by an oleo dynamic group and controlled by a microprocessor.

Characteristics
The originality of our design consists in the automatic regulation of the moving conical stem, actuated by a hydraulic patented electronic control system; this allows the separation of oils and fats from the solid part in order to obtain an output product with minimum fat residuals: approx. 8-10%.
Its sturdy construction and the use of special treated steels for wear-subject parts permits to process any type of product; this is due to oversized mechanical parts with the capacity to bear power of 37 KW for ACTP10FS; 55 KW for ACTP20FS; 110 KW for ACTP40FS.

The average capacity is more than 1000 Kg/hr for the ACTP10FS; 2000 Kg/hr for the ACTP20FS; 4000 Kg/hr for the ACTP40FS. The above features permit the following performances:

• Instantaneous regulation of pressure and sensibility on a prefixed value.
• Reduction of possible breakdowns.
• Reduction of maintenance activities and manpower.
• Increase of production because of low down-time.
• Allows a constant and homogenous product.

The automatically operating hydraulic system is composed by two double acting cylinders, which actuate a semiconical stem.
This system contrast the exit of solid residuals contained in the cage in order to obtain a better separation of the oil for a product with a minimum residual oil.
In order to obtain an automatic pressing regulation we operate on the solenoid valves placed on top of the hydraulic control box coupled in series with a potentiometer connected to the power supply of the main motor.
This system allows the equilibrium between the amps absorbed and the pressure against the conical stem in order to control the opening of the discharge of solid product.
The implemented electronic system allows a differentiated sensibility according to production necessity.
