Sorgo Cold Smoking Systems – Perfect Ripening and Consistent Quality

The Sorgo Climate Cold Smoking Systems are essential for the first phase of product refinement, where the uniformity, color, and quality of the product are determined. They are available for any production volume and guarantee precise and controlled process management through cutting-edge technology.

The applied climate ripening system with enthalpy utilization optimizes the fermentation process, ensuring gentle drying and uniform ripening. Additionally, the weight-dependent ripening at the push of a button results in higher product safety and enhanced value creation.

Innovative Technology for Optimal Results

The climate pre-drying, cold smoking, and ripening systems are designed as either 2-way or 4-way climate systems, depending on the treatment criteria, especially for air-dried products. A state-of-the-art 12.1" touchscreen control enables intuitive operation and precise control of all processes.
Integrated process control systems allow for detailed visualization, batch traceability, and easy compliance with HACCP guidelines.

Efficient and Environmentally Friendly Smoke Generation

Our range of smoke generators includes:
Grater smoke generators – instant smoke production, high performance, low environmental impact
Wood chip and sawdust smoke generators – for an intense, traditional flavor
Steam smoke generators – even smoke distribution with gentle processing

Especially our grater smoke generators have been established in the market for years. The major advantage: The treatment chamber is filled with smoke in no time because smoke is produced instantly when pressing the grater wood.
