The Schnitzelmaster replaces the traditional meat pounder and is working with the proven method of tenderizing meat which is called ‚Mastern®’. In doing so the meat fibre is neither pressed nor bruised but stretched. With the Schnitzelmaster all sorts of boneless meat are being processed equally well.
