Casing for moulded products

Casing is enough elastic, with overstuffing 15-25%. Having special properties of adhesion for forcemeat, casing accurate outline as specified curves of cooking mould as structure of forcemeat. Casing can be used in combination with nets of different braiding. In assortment of casing 6 glossy colors and 3 colors with mat effect are presented.

Overstuffing is 15-25%.

Calibers: 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 100 mm

According to customer’s wish, sausage casing can be printed in different colours. We use certificated safe paints with resistance to high and low temperatures and endurance to mechanical damages.
