Casing for moulded products

Casing is enough elastic, with overstuffing 15-25%. Having special properties of adhesion for forcemeat, casing accurate outline as specified curves of cooking mould as structure of forcemeat. Casing can be used in combination with nets of different braiding. In assortment of casing 6 glossy colors and 3 colors with mat effect are presented.

Calibers: 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 100 mm

According to customer’s wish, sausage casing can be printed in different colours. We use certificated safe paints with resistance to high and low temperatures and endurance to mechanical damages.

PENTAFLEX MINI

Polyamide frankfurter casing

Polyamide, thermoshrinkable, one-layer casing for mini sausages produced in a range of calibers 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 38 mm. Casing is universal, its properties allow using it on semi-automatic and automatic machines with high speed. PENTAFLEX MINI has a high barrier, which guarantees long shelf life of the product.

The product is destined for unsmoked sausages;

main application: hot-dogs, frankfurters.

Shirring is made for the following types of equipment:

• type A - for the automatic machine (closed end of the hole of the shirred stick);
• type P - for the machine with a twist device (open end of the hole of the shirred stick).

PENTATERM

Shrinkable bag with high shrinkage

High shrinkage (up to 60%) in complex with mechanical strength and transparency, ensure perfect appearance of product, with ideal abutment of bag to meat products of various forms and almost unnoticeable “ears”.

Shrinkage up to 60%, thickness 50 microns.

Delivery of bags on tape is possible.

Different colors of PentaTerm bags are possible: transparent, red, yellow, white, light chestnut.

PENTAFLEX-UNIVERSAL

Classic polyamide casing

Classic polyamide casing designed for wide range of meat products. Elasticity of Pentaflex-Universal together with its mechanical strength guarantees qualitive stuffing and attractive appearance of ready products – straight sausages with smooth tight surface.

Overstuffing is 10-11%.

Calibers: 34-120 mm

PENTAFLEX-KRANZ

Ring polyamide casing

Casing permits to get the product in forms of ring, semi-ring and spiral, successfully imitating sausages in natural casings.

Pentaflex-Kranz type 1.

Overstuffing is 5-11%. The inside diameter of the foal ring is 170-230 mm.

Pay attention: Pentaflex-Kranz is delivered only in shirring sticks containing 25-30 meters.

Pentaflex-Kranz type 3.

Overstuffing is 5-10%. The inside diameter of the foal ring is 155-170 mm.
