Our PLANUS automatic burger formers form burgers with a standard diameter of ø 100 mm. from meat, fish, soya or other foodstuffs.
They can be inserted into large or small production lines with ease thanks to their small size. The machines provide guaranteed production rates of 2100 to 6400 burgers / hour, complete with separation sheet. A simple screw regulator permits changes to the weight of the burger, from 70 gr. to 180 gr. Different forms can be substituted without the use of tools.

The machine is fitted with an output conveyor that can be connected to other packaging systems in order to avoid handling of the product and potential bacterial contamination.
The PLANUS machines are built from AISI 304-grade stainless steel and other alimentary-grade materials in compliance with current European regulations.
All have the "CE" brand.
Our PLANUS range are simple machines, easily disassembled for full cleaning without the use of tools, ensuring they can be used even by non-specialist personnel.
