ARCtecno's Automatic Peeling Machine MPE1200 is designed to remove the casing from cured sausage logs (cellulose, collagen, fibrous, etc…) before slicing.

This peeler has a production capacity of up to 1,300 logs per hour, depending on the cured sausages and their casings.

The MPE1200 must be coupled to a hydrator module which softens the casings of pork loin, chorizo, salami and pepperoni logs before peeling.

There are different options of hydrator modules depending on the hydration that your products need.

The Standard Hydrator module for the Automatic Peeling Machine MPE1200 is the Hydrator for high performance RMPE1200.

In case your products needs less hydration and/or there is not enough space in your plant, the best option for you is the Compact Hydrator RMPEC1200.
