A concentrated solution of naturally hardwood smoked water made from Hickory, Oak and/or Maple sawdust. Manufactured in a batch process which facilitates the direct contact of traditional vaporous smoke and water, resulting in a traditional smoked water. Complies with EC No 1334/2008 as a flavouring preparation
