The SMAX is an automatic skewering machine that allows you to make skewers/brochettes style handmade style at industrial rates: 3000 to 4500 skewers per hour. The machine accepts all kinds of ingredients (any type of meat, vegetable tomato, olive, fruits citrus, etc.) without predefined location thanks to its "V" molds. This machine accepts the most different ingredients and is the most productive in terms of kebab/brochettes per hour by operator.
