Our ClearOil is a filtration system designed for the continues purification of frying oil. The pollution is removed from the oil thanks to a high-grade filtration medium capable of filtration up to 1 micron.

Our fryers are multi-purpose, continuously operating high-performance machines which allow to fry a wide range of products. The frying process is controlled through time and oil temperature, to achieve an ideal cooking effect, a perfect product color and best yields. We are offering either electrical heated or thermal oil heated fryers, which work energy saving and efficiently. Mit seinem kompakten Design eignet sich der OctoFrost Impingement Froster für statische, flache Produkte mit einer Dicke von bis zu 25 mm, wie z. B. Hamburger und Hühnerfilets, die auf einem Band mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsluftströmen von oben und unten schnell gefroren werden. Der Froster erreicht eine geringe Produkttrocknung und mehr als eine Verdoppelung der Produktionskapazität pro Quadratmeter durch mehrere Förderebenen.
