Beschreibung

The meat injectors of SAS series represent the highest quality of meat injection and curing system. Wide range of machine production scale from 75 needles to 1640 needles is designed for the following injection processes: Injection of red meat products , bone-in and bone-less products Injection of poultry , also whole carcasses Injection of fish and fish elements. NOMA Nowicki Injectors MH-424 W SAS and MH 212 W SAS are equipped with with an innovative weighing and injection control system.

Additional advantages of MH W SAS series injectors with weight control system:

  • two measuring systems located at the beginning and the end of the injection zone, measure the weight of the raw material on the machine conveyor
  • the advanced control system shows the current percentage increase in the weight of the raw material on the basis of the difference in indications
  • the dynamic weighing system enables to control the injection level giving the operator the possibility of any adjustment in the program to maintain the set injection level for the whole lot, thus eliminating inaccuracies resulting from the quality of individual muscles, temperature
  • full product control in terms of appropriate final product composition, compliance of the composition with the label and economic effect
  • compact design - the weighing system integrated into the machine (no external weighing tables)
