LIMA will exhibit at IFFA 2025 its grinder-desinewer LIMA RM 180 GDM.

It enables to reach extremely high yields of ground meat produced out of bone-out raw materials such as meat trimmings or cuts and separate at the same time hard parts such as tenders, bone chips, cartilage, sinews or connective tissues.

This ground and desinewed meat is a true ground meat and not a Mechanically Separated Meat.
