Loading of meat presses can be exhausting and stresses the back of the operator excessively. This is at least the case until the press can be loaded at an upright working position.
With our invention the press floor can be lifted for filling and emptying to provide an ergonomic working height and then lower it gradually. Therefore the operator always works at an ideal and not back stressing height. Since the presses are loaded and emptied daily in the industrial sector, this is a significant release for the operator.
The hydraulic cylinders are stored on the side behind a protective wall.
The press plate is moved absolutely parallel to the counter plate, which effectuates a great size accuracy of the pressed meat.
At a charging height of 1600 mm the press is only 2200 mm high.
The leaking meat juice is directed in engaged bins.
The different operating pressures are saved electronically and can only be changed by authorised employees.
The press is laid-out for a maximal pressure of 50 tons.
This construction provides for a great quality in looks and taste of the meat.
For the operator an ergonomic and kind on the back workspace.
