TR Blade - The blade is made of high quality Molybdenum/Vanadium stainless steel, with exceptional cutting power, a long-lasting edge and excellent corrosion resistance.

TR Handle - The differentiated coloured handle system allows the professional in the different areas of food and ingredient preparation to distinguish each knife to each purpose, avoiding flavors contamination between products. A soft rubber material on the surface allows a very good grip in every condition. Structurally strong to endure an intensive use, due to the harder inner plastic component, injected directly over the blade.
