Unicell Sugar Cane Fiber SCF is derived from the dry cell wall or fibrous residue remaining after expression and extraction of sugar juice from sugar cane. These are available in five standard fiber lengths: 30, 75 90, 200 and 500 microns. Unicell Sugar Cane Fiber SCF can be used in wide variety of applications, including but not limited to, breads, bakery goods, meat and muscle products, seasonings and spices, grated cheeses, special diet foods, sauces, and beverages.
