Founded by Bernhard Josef Gratt on December 1, 1986, Gratt Indústria e Tecnologia Ambiental is headquartered in Capinzal, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Since its foundation, Gratt has made history in its field. With approximately 1,300 highly qualified employees, the company designs, manufactures, and installs machinery throughout Brazil and in the international market. Gratt serves a wide range of industries, including meat processing, pulp and paper, tanneries, dairy, beverage, alcohol production, biofuels, mining, environmental sanitation, and waste processing.
Due to increasing demand, the company operates two industrial plants in Capinzal, covering 50,000 m² of built-up area on a 200,000 m² property. These plants are equipped with cutting-edge technology. To better serve the Southeast region of Brazil, Gratt has an advanced distribution and maintenance center in Sumaré, São Paulo. Additionally, its branch in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, strengthens regional support. Expanding globally, Gratt now has Gratt Europe, based in Esposende, Braga, Portugal, with a highly qualified team dedicated to the European market.
