ennio's Fabric Casing is a revolutionary range that combines knitted fabric with elasticised netting into one product. With the dual benefit of various indentation patterns for presentation along with superior yield in a single application, which saves on resources and increases productivity. Use in conjunction with our Liquid Treatments for additional value.

The Fabric Casing family includes:

Bubble - Net: The iconic product range under ennio's Fabric Casing line - the Bubble-Net family leaves attractive indentations on meat surface while retains moisture from meat during cooking, leave product tender, juicy and visually appealing. This range currently includes:

• Bubble-Net: The original product. Provides enormous binding pressure and leaves deep, square indentations on meat.
• Bubble-Net Light: Contains no elastic. Provides good binding pressure and leaves light square indentations.
• Bubble-Net Honeycomb: Contains no elastic. Provides good binding pressure and leaves appetising honeycomb indentations.

Merc-Net: Provides good binding pressure and leaves stripe indentations on meat.

Clear-Net: Goes transparent on meat. Leaves stripe indentations and has improved peeling performance.
