Application: Meat pressing line for pressing and shaping the amount of meat in the E2 box that was filled manually. The capacity of the line is up to 250 boxes/h.

Description: First, the E2 boxes are manually filled with pieces of meat by a person and the surface of the meat quantity is leveled. The crates should always be filled with the same amount of meat and care should be taken that no pieces of meat hang out of the crate. The filled crates are placed on the infeed conveyor and automatically fed to the form-pressing station. Here the meat in the box is compressed from above over the entire surface by a pressing device. Then the crates are transported further down the conveyor, where a person takes them manually from the outfeed conveyor, stacks them on a Euro pallet and including they are taken to the freezing.
